Meet our Founder and Inaugural National Director, Bo Barber, CFE.

 

Bo is a Certified Fraud Examiner and nationally recognized anti-fraud subject matter expert with over 33 years of combined law enforcement, insurance fraud investigative & management expertise, including serving for over 13 years as the national head of major investigations for a $12B insurer, specializing in detection, investigation, and prevention of private insurance healthcare & provider frauds.

 

For years Bo was encouraged by colleagues from law enforcement, SIU’s, attorney’s/former prosecutors, and anti-fraud associations to start a specialty consulting firm based on his noted talent of making complex insurance frauds easier to understand coupled with his cutting-edge strategies and innovations to make fighting insurance frauds much more effective.

 

As a result, Insurance Fraud Consultants of America, was established in 2018 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

The Purpose of IFCOA is to serve as a guide to fraud fighting heroes from insurance companies; third-party administrators; SIU’s; private investigation; and self-insured organizations and municipalities who strive to combat attacks from insurance fraudsters each and every day.

 

The Goal of IFCOA is to use our exclusively designed Strategy Systems, tips, techniques, advice, and counsel to help optimize your existing anti-fraud efforts without your having to spend a ton of money on costly new technical tools or having to increase staffing. We help you to maximize opportunities in fraud fighting and fortification by working smarter, not harder.
